Advise Sales and HR leadership, build financial and behavioral impact models, analyze plan effectiveness, deliver executive-ready insights, lead ICM automation and rollout, maintain governance and audit-ready documentation, and partner with Finance, Revenue Ops, Payroll, and Global Compensation to improve plan ROI and controls.
