Manage financial accounting for customer implementation projects from contract execution through closeout, ensuring U.S. GAAP-compliant revenue recognition, accurate project costing, WIP, and profitability analysis. Support month-end/year-end close, audits, forecasts, and estimate-at-completion. Partner with Professional Services, Program Management, and Revenue Management to improve project financial reporting, ERP (NetSuite) data flows, FSM processes, controls, automation, and KPI/dashboard development.

Coordinates engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales, suppliers, and customers; manages technical risks, DFMEA, design trade-offs, issue resolution, mitigation plans, schedules, budgets, and launch readiness. Supports customer relationships and proposals while traveling globally up to 20%.
