Lead commercial treatment sales across Canada for municipal wastewater and drinking water facilities. Identify and pursue high-value opportunities, manage and grow accounts, develop sales strategies, mentor junior staff, support cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance. Maintain product knowledge, represent the company at events, manage CRM and sales forecasting, and drive results to meet targets.

Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for engineered water infrastructure projects. Review tender documents, prepare quotations and technical submittals, interpret engineering drawings, collaborate with sales, engineering, vendors, and project managers, and support application training and customer inquiries.

The Territory Manager will develop and manage sales channels for wastewater treatment technology, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets.
