Design, build, ship, and own backend product features used by developers and mobile app users at large scale. Leads RevenueCat’s multi-lane Customer Growth function across CSM, Growth Advisory, Growth Advocacy, and Customer Enablement. Owns segmentation, coverage strategy, customer adoption, strategic accounts, scalable education, advisory operations, cross-functional decision rights, customer insights, metrics, hiring, and organizational design. The role builds a unified operating system that improves customer outcomes, retention, expansion quality, product adoption, and customer revenue while developing leadership across the function.

Lead product strategy and roadmaps for RevenueCat’s Funnels and Workflows products. Conduct customer research, identify adoption barriers, define product vision, develop growth-focused features, analyze metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to improve subscriber conversion, retention, and revenue.

Design and ship high-converting mobile paywalls, onboarding flows, and purchase funnels using RevenueCat builders. Lead discovery, propose experiment plans, run multivariate tests, analyze results, and codify successful patterns into templates and content. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Advocacy; present findings publicly and advise internal teams on monetization UX best practices.

Build and scale the internal developer platform: create tools, services and automation (CI/CD, canaries, feature flags, access workflows) using IaC (Pulumi/Python) and Kubernetes to enable safe, fast shipping. Drive platform initiatives, mentor teams, lead AI tool adoption for engineering, participate in on-call and design/code reviews, and ship major improvements across the organization.

Lead and grow a distributed software engineering team to design, ship, and support web-based features. Balance new feature delivery, technical debt, and system improvements; perform hands-on code review and triage; collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and support; hire, coach, and mentor engineers; and establish processes for iterative, high-quality delivery that meet customer needs and SLAs.

Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for RC Capital: qualify leads, onboard customers, manage accounts, resolve disputes and operational/risk issues, and run marketing and automation initiatives to improve funnel performance and reduce manual work.

Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Product and other teams to turn business questions into actionable analysis. Own end-to-end analytics: build datasets and dashboards (dbt, LookML), maintain metric definitions and caveats, use and curate agent tooling for trustworthy answers, and contribute small data platform and pipeline improvements.
