Provide Level 1 customer support for AssetPlanner SaaS modules through phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems. Troubleshoot issues, assist with data entry and imports, document incidents, escalate complex concerns, conduct client check-ins, and support software implementations and customer training. Create knowledge-base materials, coordinate meetings, track action items, and collaborate with technical teams while meeting service levels and maintaining strong client relationships.
