Leads the engineering team developing story and quest systems for Cyberpunk 2. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring engineers, translating narrative requirements into technical solutions, developing and optimizing C++ quest tools, integrating shared technology, resolving bugs, and collaborating with quest design, cinematic, narrative, gameplay, and architecture teams.

Leads AI R&D initiatives, managing cross-functional teams, project scope, resources, schedules, risks, roadmaps, and requirements. Partners with the AI Director, coordinates teams across North America and Europe, removes delivery blockers, improves production processes, and maintains external partnerships. The role emphasizes team empowerment, Agile collaboration, communication, analytical problem-solving, and delivery of AI, research, or game-development projects.
