Own the client and digital support product area across Salesforce, ticketing, knowledge, chat, telephony, and AI-assisted support tools. Define roadmaps, build and configure solutions, write code, integrate systems, improve AI deflection, establish performance metrics, and lead UAT, rollout, documentation, and enablement. Partner cross-functionally with support, engineering, IT, and client-facing teams while independently driving adoption and outcomes.
