Build and manage relationships with healthcare referral partners across Orange County, drive market penetration, lead community meetings, support patients and providers, and gather market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies. The role requires frequent local travel, consultative relationship building, sales performance, and collaboration with marketing, product, client success, and legal teams.

Develop and execute Orange County growth strategies for Charlie Health’s substance use disorder program. Build relationships with SUD referral partners, conduct frequent in-field outreach, educate stakeholders, identify treatment-access barriers, and gather feedback to improve marketing, operations, and product strategies. Collaborate with clinical, marketing, operations, analytics, and leadership teams while representing the organization at community and industry events.
