The Manager in Assurance will oversee assurance engagements, develop client portfolios, address client issues effectively, and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Support the Proposals team by reviewing consumer proposals, assisting negotiations with debtors and creditors, chairing creditor meetings and drafting minutes, responding to debtor inquiries, liaising with team members for timely administration, participating in training, and performing other assigned duties.

Lead delivery and growth for Modern Workplace consulting engagements: run workshops, gather requirements, manage projects and teams, drive presales/demos/proposals, evangelize Microsoft Copilot/M365 solutions, develop roadmaps, train users, and mentor staff.

Lead consumer insolvency practice: manage bankruptcy and proposal files, advise on insolvency law, supervise staff, liaise with debtors/creditors/courts, develop referral sources, support practice development, and travel to satellite offices as needed.

Lead and manage a portfolio of year-end audit engagements for private and NPO clients, prepare working papers per standards, build client relationships, support business development, communicate team progress, and train and develop staff while adopting digital tools.
