Lead finance operations including accounting, month- and year-end close, audits, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, financial reporting, internal controls, and process improvements. Manage and coach the finance team, support leadership with budget-to-actual analysis, liaise with fundraising for donation accounting, and strengthen financial systems and compliance.

Lead donor cultivation, stewardship, and corporate giving initiatives across an assigned portfolio. Grow monthly giving and donor pipelines, manage text campaigns, deliver presentations and tours, write proposals and acknowledgements, record interactions in Raiser's Edge NXT, and mentor team members to support revenue growth and donor experience.
