Design, program, integrate, commission, and improve automated manufacturing and product-testing systems. Lead projects from concept through commissioning, documentation, training and production hand-off. Troubleshoot controls, integrate PLCs/robots/motion/vision/safety, apply Lean principles, and support ongoing production reliability and improvement.

Lead complex hardware NPI and continuous improvement projects across mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, test, and supply chain teams. Define scope, schedule, budget, and risk management; mentor other PMs; drive KPIs, governance, executive reporting, and global coordination to deliver electromechanical product launches and process improvements.

Drive new business and expand key accounts for liquid cooling solutions in the data center market. Develop territory and account strategies, qualify and close enterprise opportunities, negotiate contracts, collaborate with operations for delivery, and provide market feedback. Build and manage a high-quality pipeline to meet bookings and forecast targets while monitoring performance and ensuring compliance.

Lead the Technical Coolant Systems engineering team to deliver end-to-end mechanical design for data center liquid-cooling infrastructure. Oversee design maturity, documentation release, stress and thermal analysis, BIM coordination, external partners, process improvements, team development, budgets, and cross-functional integration for installation-ready packages.
