Lead discovery and early delivery for new product areas: research opportunities, build theses, size markets, and produce shovel-ready briefs, prototypes, and specs. Run small end-to-end projects with engineers, leverage AI/agents to accelerate research and prototyping, and decide whether to spin up squads, build lean, hand off, or kill initiatives. Occasionally cover existing squads as needed and work asynchronously in a documentation-first environment.

Build targeted candidate pipelines across functions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, referrals, and other tools. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine profiles, research talent markets, improve outreach using data, and support hiring at a global, fully remote company.
