Build and maintain an agentic support platform and full‑stack support tooling (UI, APIs, jobs, integrations). Integrate CRM/ticketing/data systems, implement LLM-driven workflows with safe handoffs, observability, and on‑call ownership to improve support efficiency and SLAs.

Lead a small senior team building and operating Docker Build Cloud and Hub build systems, driving delivery of hardened, verifiable build infrastructure. Own roadmap execution, operational reliability and on-call, technical direction alongside engineers, hiring and developing staff, and raising security hygiene across CI/CD, image hardening, and supply-chain provenance for regulated customers.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Clouds. Lead Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations (MuleSoft), and platform security. Own DevOps, CI/CD, release management (Gearset), data architecture, and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration to optimize automation, data quality, and customer experience.

Lead design and delivery of self-service platform capabilities: provisioning, deployment, observability, and multi-region networking. Drive RFCs and cross-team alignment, build APIs (primarily in Go), implement Terraform/GitOps flows, improve EKS reliability and Grafana-based SLOs, and reduce operational toil via safe, auditable automation. Own on-call rotation and platform adoption outcomes.

Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to lead GTM FP&A: forecasting, headcount and Opex management, bookings/ARR metrics, quota and pipeline modeling, ROI/unit-economics analysis, compensation modeling, automation and AI-driven reporting, and board-level reporting. Build scalable analytics, AI-powered workflows, and drive monthly/quarterly planning and business reviews.

Serve as a senior technical leader for strategic customers, driving container and AI adoption across pre- and post-sales. Lead prototyping, create custom demos/content, coordinate field feedback with product and engineering, deliver enablement to technical and executive audiences, and represent Docker in customer and partner engagements (up to 50% travel).

Build and ship full‑stack, behavior-driven growth experiments and user experiences to increase activation, retention, and expansion. Implement end-to-end A/B tests and feature flags, instrument analytics, analyze results, and collaborate with Product, Design, Marketing, and PLG. May participate in on-call rotation to support production services.
