Provide technical accounting expertise for capital assets, review and validate team deliverables, lead projects and strategic initiatives, mentor and coach staff, partner with stakeholders to resolve complex accounting issues, recommend process and control improvements, ensure SOX and regulatory compliance, and apply broad knowledge of legal entities and business structures impacting capital accounting.

Provide project accounting oversight for capital projects: manage AFEs, accruals, capitalizations, reconciliations, and AFE setups; ensure US GAAP and SOX compliance; support audits, regulatory reporting, and stakeholders; deliver training and process improvements using Oracle OPM and advanced Excel.
