Collaborate with internal teams, contribute to process improvements, and meet ticket volume, response time, and customer satisfaction KPIs. The remote role may require less than 10% travel.

Own and evolve Foundant’s brand strategy, architecture, standards, and visual identity across client segments and product lines. Create campaigns, marketing assets, templates, web materials, sales collateral, product launches, events, and social content. Use AI creative tools, manage brand systems, direct photography and illustration, collaborate cross-functionally, and oversee freelancers or agencies when needed.
