Coordinate end-to-end hiring, onboarding/offboarding, employee engagement, rewards and recognition, and payroll-related admin. Provide executive support to the CEO and leadership, manage calendars and company-wide meetings (all-hands, QBRs, Board), prepare decks/recordings, and maintain process documentation and HR systems.
