Provides first-line patient and stakeholder support through tickets and phone interactions, resolves or escalates issues, documents client experience interactions, follows healthcare privacy procedures, and maintains strong communication with clinical teams. The role also contributes to SOPs, Help Center content, support templates, process improvements, and team initiatives. This is a six-month, fully remote contract serving patients across Canada.

Provide bilingual English and Spanish support to patients and stakeholders through tickets and phone interactions. Resolve or escalate issues, document interactions, maintain clear communication with clinical teams, follow privacy and healthcare compliance procedures, identify recurring patient pain points, and contribute to SOPs, help-center content, templates, training, and process improvements.
