Lead QA for web- and API-driven healthcare products: design and execute manual and automated tests, validate REST/GraphQL services, integrate tests into CI/CD, ensure accessibility and security/performance testing, track and resolve defects, mentor junior QA engineers, and drive quality process improvements.

Design, build, and scale backend services and APIs (checkout, payments, scheduling, accounts) using Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
