Builds and maintains global Workday HR reporting infrastructure: gathers requirements, develops custom reports and dashboards, tests and validates solutions, supports UAT, mentors peers, handles ad-hoc data requests, and improves report performance and user adoption across HR teams.

Provide first-level technical support for Peritoneal Dialysis devices, software, connectivity, and related equipment through multiple communication channels. Diagnose issues, manage cases, document resolutions, escalate safety and technical concerns, and support patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.
