Oversee a team of Account Executives, manage client portfolios, ensure satisfaction and performance, handle risk, and drive account strategies and improvements.

Review and document vehicle maintenance and repairs, negotiate costs, monitor preventative maintenance and trends, build and analyze reports, recommend cost-saving initiatives, liaise with fleet managers, vendors and manufacturers, and act as a technical consultant for complex truck repairs.
