Develop and grow advisor relationships within the small-business group benefits market. The Account Executive will pursue new advisor opportunities, provide sales strategies and marketing support, promote Manulife products and services, consult on group benefits, and achieve sales, persistency, profitability, and business-growth targets within an assigned territory.

Drive individual life and living benefits insurance sales by proactively calling financial advisors, developing relationships, booking meetings, identifying prospects, executing sales campaigns, and promoting Manulife products. Maintain advisor profiles and activity in Salesforce, gather practice intelligence, provide consultative product guidance, collaborate with external wholesalers, and participate in continuous training.
