Manage account operations including P&L ownership, employee performance and payroll, customer service, financial reporting, accounts payable/invoicing, vendor management, and safety/compliance. Collaborate with senior management and ensure operational efficiency across shifts.

Support the Vehicle Sales Manager in selling used commercial vehicles by managing customer inquiries, coordinating inventory and staging, preparing sales contracts and documentation, maintaining CRM records, generating sales reports, and ensuring timely vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
