Drive financing business growth across Western Canada by developing dealer relationships, identifying and closing financing opportunities, structuring complex deals, and promoting AGCO Finance products. Provide dealer training and support, execute territory and account plans, monitor market trends, and collaborate internally to ensure profitable execution and excellent customer experience. Role requires extensive travel (50–75%) across Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.
