Leads complex data science and analytics initiatives, develops and validates predictive models, evaluates diverse data sources, and translates findings into actionable business insights. Determines technical approaches, supports risk mitigation and decision-making, and provides technical leadership and mentorship to analytics professionals. Collaborates with stakeholders while promoting quality, consistency, and data-driven solutions.

Reviews and adjudicates agriculture and commercial loan applications, assesses credit and corporate risk, applies lending policies, prepares approval recommendations, collaborates with lenders, and coaches staff on credit practices and risk management.

Provides legal advice and transaction support for project, infrastructure, acquisition, and structured finance. Drafts and negotiates complex financing and security documents, advises on risk allocation and lender protections, manages due diligence, supervises external counsel, and supports syndicated transactions. The role also develops legal precedents, processes, training, and guidance while helping establish FCC’s Project Finance business line.
