Lead design and implement finance transformation in Dynamics 365 Business Central: automate workflows, implement consolidation and intercompany frameworks, redesign chart of accounts and dimensions, standardize entity configurations, develop acquisition onboarding templates, implement project accounting and fixed asset processes, and provide documentation, training, and governance for scalable multi-entity finance operations.

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis; manage month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and controls; administer finance systems and support Dynamics 365 Business Central; handle technical accounting (IFRS16, ARO, fixed assets); support audits, budgeting and forecasting; drive process improvements, mentor junior staff, and act as backup to the Controller.
