Develop persona- and industry-specific messaging, positioning, narratives, launches, go-to-market programs, sales enablement, competitive materials, and partner marketing. Partner with Product, Finance, Sales, Growth, and Partner Marketing teams on pricing, campaigns, customer research, launch frameworks, and roadmap influence. Use AI tools to improve research, analysis, content production, and marketing workflows.

Lead end-to-end Strategic Portfolio Management implementations, including discovery, maturity assessment, portfolio design, governance, rollout, and adoption. Serve as a senior advisor to PMO and portfolio leaders, translate legacy platforms into improved workflows, support competitive pre-sales, and establish Tempo’s SPM methodology, maturity model, playbook, reference architectures, and enablement. Build the implementation practice, inform product strategy, and eventually hire and lead a team.
