Manages recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, workplace concerns, training, health and safety programs, HRIS administration, leaves, disciplinary processes, and termination matters. Supervises recruiting workflow, supports managers with HR guidance, conducts audits and research, coordinates orientations and job fairs, maintains employee records, and analyzes exit feedback to improve retention and employee experience.
