Configure and improve JD Edwards ERP solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales. Partner with stakeholders and IT to gather requirements, design functional solutions, manage integrations and data flows, coordinate testing and deployments, support implementations and upgrades, and resolve complex Tier 2 issues. The role also maintains documentation, supports change governance, and drives continuous process and system improvements.
