Analyzes Canadian pension client requirements, translates business needs into system and process solutions, and serves as a liaison between clients and programmers. The role manages multiple clients and contributes to project estimates, implementations, invoicing, and opportunities to expand client system functionality.

Performs manual and automated testing for a pension administration system. Develops and maintains Selenium-based automation scripts using Java, Maven, and TestNG; creates test plans and cases; executes functional, regression, UAT, smoke, exploratory, and system testing; tracks defects; reports risks and blockers; and collaborates with developers, business analysts, and QA teams in Agile or hybrid environments.
