Develops and delivers onboarding, technical, operational, virtual, and in-person training across Canada. Creates learning resources, e-learning, videos, guides, workshops, and training programs; evaluates effectiveness and performs needs analyses. Manages training schedules, LMS courses, learning plans, reports, and Salesforce training data. Collaborates with departments on technology rollouts, change management, KPIs, and strategic initiatives. Requires 50% travel, flexible shifts, and strong facilitation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
