Serves as a senior functional and technical expert for Workday Financials and Projects, configuring business processes, security, project management, billing, and financial functionality. Designs end-to-end processes across Workday, Coupa, HighRadius, and Salesforce; leads small to mid-sized projects; manages roadmaps and enhancements; troubleshoots issues; supports end users; and coordinates cross-functional teams, change management, documentation, training, and process improvement.

Leads enterprise communications and change strategies supporting transformation, growth, employee engagement, executive effectiveness, culture, and organizational alignment. Advises senior leaders, develops executive messaging and leadership resources, establishes communications governance and measurement frameworks, manages reputation and crisis communications, and advances technology-enabled internal communications. Partners globally across HR, Legal, Operations, Corporate Development, and business lines to improve adoption, trust, engagement, and readiness. The role requires extensive communications leadership experience, strong writing skills, executive presence, and domestic and international travel.

Creates and edits spatial data, mapping products, and geospatial databases for environmental and engineering projects. Performs junior-level GIS analysis, maintains mapping standards and workflows, and supports field activities as needed. The role requires proficiency with ESRI ArcGIS Desktop and ArcGIS Pro, knowledge of coordinate systems, cartographic design skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
