Develops new financial services products and sales opportunities, supports marketing strategy, prepares proposals and RFP responses, manages the sales pipeline, reports results to leadership, builds industry relationships, and represents the organization at conferences and professional events.

Lead design and implementation of client and internal workflows, gather requirements, architect and deliver large cross-functional loan-market technical projects, build data reconciliation and PowerBI reports, manage integrations (sFTP, APIs, ShareFile), mentor analysts, and represent the team to clients and industry events while establishing scalable standards and best practices for CLO and other loan products.

The Business Development Officer will originate and negotiate loans, maintain client relationships, assist in underwriting, and produce necessary reports while collaborating with executive management.
