Manage and optimize multi-channel paid digital programs (search, social, display, programmatic retargeting) to drive pipeline for the GRC portfolio. Build and test creative, audiences, and landing pages; ensure accurate tracking and reporting in HubSpot and Salesforce; support organic social and collaborate with global revenue and content teams. Monitor AI-driven search trends and present performance and recommendations to senior leadership.

Manage a portfolio of up to 150 accounts to drive retention, revenue expansion, and quota attainment. Serve as primary client contact, run renewals and negotiations, conduct business reviews, identify upsell opportunities, maintain CRM pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adoption and client success.
