Leads Marketing and Consumer Privacy Engineering teams, developing engineers and establishing a shared operating model. Translates business and product priorities into engineering plans across logged-out web, experimentation, marketing integrations, attribution, measurement, consent, privacy experiences, and consumer data collection. Troubleshoot complex account, configuration, and platform issues; coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Client Success, and Operations; manage multiple inquiries; develop scalable support processes; communicate product updates; and aggregate merchant feedback to inform product planning.

Build backend data and measurement systems connecting marketing acquisition activity to signup, conversion, and GMV outcomes. Develop reliable pipelines, identity and event data systems, attribution capabilities, and marketing technology integrations while incorporating privacy, consent, and consumer-data requirements.
