Lead strategy and execution for Affirm's consumer experience platforms across app and web. Own navigation, information architecture, design systems, and shared UX frameworks. Partner with Design, Engineering, Research, and Analytics to shape React Native platform capabilities, drive large redesigns, set standards and governance, and use data and research to improve consumer journeys and developer experience.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise and SMB merchant accounts in Canada, driving adoption, growth, and retention. Define strategic account plans, negotiate commercial terms, analyze performance, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver partner initiatives and business outcomes.

Lead development of scalable data products for Revenue: design dbt models, metrics, dashboards, governance, and AI enablement. Drive data architecture, quality, lineage, documentation, and automation; mentor analysts and align stakeholders to deliver reliable revenue analytics and reporting.

Build and iterate underwriting ML models for real-time transaction decisions. Develop feature pipelines and training datasets, prototype and evaluate models, productionize into batch or real-time systems, and instrument model/data health, retraining, and monitoring. Collaborate with engineering, risk, product, and ML platform teams to deploy robust, low-latency solutions with appropriate risk controls.

Lead and grow a team of 2-3 PMs owning agent tooling and workflows. Define vision and roadmap for agent experience, drive AI-first automation, partner with Operations and cross-functional teams, deliver scalable systems, and measure impact through analytics and experimentation.

Design and build a next-generation reliability platform for production systems, lead delivery of quarterly goals, collaborate across product/design/analytics, support operations and on-call, set code and design standards, mentor engineers, and integrate AI/LLM-assisted tooling to improve service health and debugging.
