Manage enterprise SaaS customer relationships from onboarding through adoption, retention, and expansion. Serve as the primary customer liaison, conduct business reviews, communicate ROI, develop success plans, monitor customer health, resolve escalations, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Sales.
