Lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and adoption of GitLab’s test and code coverage capabilities. Owns program modeling, vulnerability detection quality, SAST rules, AI-assisted development guardrails, and benchmark validation. The role also requires learning GitLab’s DevSecOps platform and related technologies.

Own a portfolio of SMB customers, driving onboarding, adoption, renewals, expansion, and retention. Develop account plans, conduct business reviews, identify growth opportunities, close upgrades and cross-sell deals, forecast revenue, maintain CRM data, and analyze churn and expansion trends. Manage the AMER Support Engineering team, including hiring, mentorship, performance development, and technical growth.
