Manage and grow assigned K-12 accounts to achieve revenue goals through prospecting, renewals, cross-sell and up-sell. Act as primary customer contact, use consultative solution selling, collaborate with Customer Success and Account teams, and maintain high renewal rates while expanding business. Travel required for customer engagements and conferences.
