The role focuses on scalable processes, data integrity, employee experience, and strategic technology enablement.

Own company-wide talent programs including engagement surveys, performance reviews, and job architecture. Build dashboards, lightweight apps, and AI agents using low-code tools to make people data accessible. Partner with People Business Partners, People Analytics, Total Rewards, and senior leaders to translate findings into recommendations.
