Sell warranty extensions, maintenance contracts, qualifications, and renewals; acquire and consult with customers; negotiate contracts; track opportunities; prepare sales forecasts; and maintain customer relationships. Use SAP, Cloud for Service, and Salesforce to create quotes and record sales activity. Travel to customer locations up to 25%, including overnight travel.

Manage territory sales to support revenue growth by building strategic customer relationships, promoting scientific products and services, identifying new opportunities, executing sales strategies, and providing account support. Use CRM and analytics for territory planning, travel frequently within assigned territory, and collaborate across teams to meet customer needs.
