Responsibilities include lead scoring, CRM data management, outbound orchestration, seller operations automation, account tiering, regional workflow localization, vendor evaluation, and performance reporting against pipeline and SQL goals.

Lead enterprise data architecture across AWS and Databricks Lakehouse: design scalable data models, ensure governance and data quality, mentor teams, evaluate and adopt data technologies (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog), oversee large projects and deliverables, and incorporate generative AI to accelerate data modeling and delivery.

Own the roadmap and reporting strategy for Ignite Analyze, leading customer-facing and internal reporting initiatives. Translate ambiguous stakeholder requests into scoped engineering requirements, define success metrics, and partner with Billing, Membership and Operations to deliver reports and dashboards. Coordinate with other Insights Product Managers on shared roadmaps, reusable reporting patterns, and platform strategy while balancing domain needs with broader priorities.

Lead end-to-end product and feature launches by managing plans, timelines, dependencies, stakeholder communications, readiness reviews, risks, rollout strategies, enablement materials, and post-launch analysis. Coordinate Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Training, Operations, Legal, and other teams. Develop scalable launch frameworks, governance, templates, and best practices while tracking launch performance and driving continuous improvement.

Serve as a Workday Financials subject matter expert supporting production issues, implementations, module rollouts, upgrades, reporting, dashboards, integrations, security roles, and finance processes. Partner with Finance and Accounting teams to gather requirements and deliver Workday solutions. Maintain Prism datasets and analytics, support close activities, troubleshoot integrations, test releases, and provide documentation, training, and end-user support.

Administer and configure conversational AI, agent assist, workflow automation, and related platforms. Manage users, permissions, environments, releases, integrations (CRM, contact center, auth, knowledge), deployments, testing, and governance. Troubleshoot APIs/integrations, maintain documentation and change history, and support security, privacy, and compliance while working with analytics to optimize AI workflows.
