Drive customer acquisition and new product introduction opportunities for data center liquid-cooling solutions. Present technical reports, 3D CAD renders, and simulations; guide customers through product planning; develop relationships across hyperscale, colocation, and server OEM/ODM markets; promote CDUs, rack manifolds, cold plate loops, and software; monitor industry standards and trends; and provide market feedback to internal product teams. Requires at least 20% international travel.

Supports mechanical design, CAD drafting, prototyping, testing, documentation, manufacturing assembly, quality inspections, and engineering change management for liquid-cooling products. Creates SolidWorks models, drawings, BOMs, and work instructions; applies GD&T and tolerance analysis; performs mechanical and thermal testing; supports production troubleshooting, first-article inspections, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Coordinates drafting projects with internal and external teams and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, and quality functions.

Own procurement and sourcing activities for new product introduction projects from prototype through mass production. Ensure BOM material readiness, expedite deliveries, coordinate engineering-driven design changes, track pricing and budgets, manage purchase orders and item data, resolve accounts payable issues, and coordinate with strategic sourcing, engineering, suppliers, and cross-functional project teams.

Execute and document validation and qualification tests for passive cold plate loops and liquid cooling hardware. Assemble test setups, instrumentation, plumbing, sensors, fixtures, and data acquisition systems; perform thermal, pressure, flow, leak, and functional testing; troubleshoot equipment; review data; support root-cause investigations; maintain and calibrate lab equipment; and improve test methods while following laboratory safety procedures.

Provide strategic legal counsel for the Global High-Tech Data Center business: draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, advise senior leaders on legal risk, design contracting processes, manage outside counsel, coordinate cross-functional legal matters, and lead talent development within the legal team.

Design and lead development of Coolant Distribution Units through NPI to mass production. Perform thermal, hydraulic and structural analysis, prototype testing, design reviews, documentation, and supplier/manufacturing collaboration to optimize performance, reliability, manufacturability, and cost. Mentor junior engineers and manage engineering changes.

Lead cross-functional program core team to drive technical execution and NPI launch readiness. Translate customer requirements into PRDs and program plans, manage risk (DFMEA), align engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality, and maintain program health via schedules, risk logs, budgets and customer reporting. Support customer engagement and travel up to 20%.

Support lifecycle, reliability, manufacturability, and continuous improvement of production liquid cooling products (CDUs). Investigate and resolve product and manufacturing issues, execute ECRs/ECNs, qualify alternate components, perform engineering analyses and validation testing, maintain documentation, and support manufacturing, quality, supply chain, service, and supplier activities.

Drive new business and expand wallet share for named data-center accounts in Canada. Develop territory and account strategies, build and close enterprise pipelines, lead contract negotiations, coordinate with Operations for delivery, provide market feedback, and drive continuous improvement. Role includes up to ~35% domestic and 10% international travel.

Act as first point of contact for inbound leads and RFQs, qualify opportunities, route complex deals, and own small-to-mid deals through close. Maintain CRM records, build a healthy pipeline, support fast-cycle selling, and coordinate with Key Account Managers. May travel internationally up to 15%.
