Lead global GSOC service delivery—ensure consistent log ingestion, use case development, threat detection, and incident response. Coordinate onboarding of log sources, manage KPIs and executive reporting, drive remediation with risk and control teams, and implement process and technology improvements aligned with frameworks and regulatory requirements.

Support execution and processing of wires, ACH, securities, and other electronic transactions. Perform wire input/repair, set up/modify ACH/EDI instructions, assist cash pooling and sweep setups, support claims and reconciliations, ensure compliance with banking and BSA regulations, and contribute to reporting and risk controls.
