Administer, monitor, and support Java applications and Genesys Cloud. Provide production troubleshooting, minor bug fixes and enhancements, and act as primary POC for Java apps. Manage and maintain IT portfolio artifacts and funding using PlanView, ServiceNow, and SAP. Support portfolio forecasting, change requests, capital allocation, blocked labor reporting, and leadership materials. Manage requests for new ServiceNow reports and dashboards, resolve dashboard/reporting incidents, train users on dashboards, build executive KPIs and scorecards, engage stakeholders to gather requirements, and apply AI/Generative AI for reporting automation and insights.
