Responsibilities include preparing account applications and KYC updates, maintaining records and databases, processing client transactions, servicing clients, coordinating priorities, and supporting special projects. The role requires strong communication, confidentiality, organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and intermediate Microsoft Office skills. Experience with Dataphile, Salesforce, or netx360 and securities-industry knowledge are assets.

Supports Investment Advisors with client relationships, transaction processing, trading orders, account documentation, reporting, compliance, and administrative operations. Serves as a client contact, coordinates internal and external requests, and provides marketing and business development support through communications, campaigns, retention, and referral initiatives.

Prepare personalized wealth plans covering financial, investment, retirement, risk management, estate planning, and tax strategies. Present planning and investment solutions to clients, develop high-net-worth business, and maintain ongoing client relationships. The role requires CFP certification, relevant financial planning experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and knowledge of investment and insurance industries.
