Lead revenue and accounting operations for a SaaS business, overseeing order-to-cash, ASC 606-compliant revenue recognition, billing and collections, systems integrations (CRM, billing, ERP), KPIs, process automation, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration to drive cash flow, scalability, and audit readiness.

Lead technical accounting and financial reporting for a CFTC-registered swap dealer, managing teams and offshore resources, reconciling high-volume custodial and on-chain data, ensuring U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance, driving ASC 606/805 research, coordinating capital and regulatory filings, and preparing SEC registration disclosures while optimizing NetSuite integrations and reporting processes.
