Collaborate with internal teams, forecast sales, support strategic accounts, identify growth opportunities, ensure customer satisfaction, and monitor account performance and profitability.

Identify and convert sales opportunities, meet personal sales goals, maintain merchandising standards, support asset protection, follow up with customers, escalate issues as needed, and collaborate with the store team. Continuously learn product knowledge and coach others.

Manage a portfolio of print services accounts by responding to referrals, identifying new sales opportunities, advising customers on products/services, promoting cross-sells, executing CRM activities in Salesforce, and collaborating with account teams to maximize retention and revenue.
